I chose this hotel for attending a symposium in Hobart Central Business District and the location was perfect. The facilities provided by the hotel were satisfactory and met my needs during my stay.

The only service that I missed for my work was a dedicated workspace or business center.

The Grosvenor Court Apartments where nicely set out rooms with friendly staff and free movies for all members of the family, however some were scratched in parts. Loveely Staff!

The advertisement via the web site we used to book the hotel did not make it clear the accomodation was a large concrete block with a 'motel' type set up with flights of stairs and noisy communal landings. Infact the pictures implied a picturesque cottage type accomodation. This led to disappointment as expectations were not met. The room was noisy with guests arriving at all hours (2am and 4am). In addition, the bathroom smelt damp with paint peeling off the painted tiles and the oven was not clean. The restricted hours for the laundry made it almost impossible to make use of.

Original hotel with lovely views of the mountain in an incredible location. Outstandingly accommodating staff, friendlyservices, including a lot of lovely delicacies. Location close enough to shops and restaurants and Very close to shopping district and good restaurants.  

Had fantastic experience, overall stunningly beautiful and comfortable place.

the room i booked was great-big enough to live in-bathroom just renovated and available with 2 single beds. a microwave, an electric kettle, and a fridge were available. it had appetising food, lovely staff. 

Well-appointed room with beautiful refurbished bathroom was enjoyable. The breakfast had a wide range of delicious food and drinks. Pleasant staff, everything was very easy. The location in a very quite area was marvellous and there were stores

Beautifully designed apartments that offer a delightful blend of classic and contemporary styles. The open plan kitchen and dining area is a lovely feature, and the location is quiet and convenient.

Oh, the weather was just perfect. Absolutely nothing to complain about, not a single dark cloud in sight.

Spacious rooms with comfortable beds and couches. Good catering facilities. Well placed for city and harbourside entertainments and shopping.

If you're looking for a convenient, comfortable, and quiet place to stay, this hotel is a great choice. It's located close to many shops and restaurants, making it easy to explore the area. The rooms are spacious, with upgraded bathrooms that are clean and

The room at this centrally located apartment was spotless and well-equipped. I was especially impressed with the new rain shower in the bathroom. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout my stay. The free WIFI was a great
